Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy
Because coaching sessions are planned around surf conditions, tides, weather windows, and personalized preparation, cancellations affect limited booking availability. Please arrive on time, for the time that you scheduled, as sometimes Bri has other sessions after and she cannot extend your session if you are late.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice depending on ocean conditions and scheduling availability.
Ocean + Weather Conditions
If conditions become unsafe or unsuitable, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Sea Together reserves the right to adjust session timing based on surf conditions, weather, or safety considerations.
Travel Coaching
Travel and destination coaching require a 50% non-refundable retainer due to advance scheduling, travel coordination, and production preparation.
Clients are responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses already incurred.
Super 8 Film Sessions
Super 8 add-ons require full payment upfront due to the cost of film stock, processing, and production preparation.
